Meaghan Kulik, P.Eng., serves as Director of Engineering Operations at the Orthopaedic Innovation Centre, where she leads engineering initiatives central to the Concordia Joint Replacement Group and the Arthroplasty Research Chair. Her background in prosthetic design and kinematic analysis informs her leadership of complex programs including implant wear testing, retrieval analysis, finite-element evaluation, and medical-device standards development. Meaghan’s work strengthens the integration of engineering and clinical research, supporting advancements in joint replacement safety, performance, and innovation.
